All sales at The Online Designer are final. Like any other design professional, The Online Designer does not offer refunds on service fees once a question has been submitted. Only in the case that I am unable to answer a question that falls outside of my area of expertise will I refund the service fee and notify the customer in writing.
The Online Designer is dedicated to providing thoughtful, quality answers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, it must be generally accepted that not all customers will agree with my suggestions 100% of the time.
In the event of dissatisfaction with consultation results, customers are invited to take one or both of the following actions:
1) Email The Online Designer with questions about how to apply the proposed solution. Often a little clarification is all that is needed to ensure that you are satisfied with the results of your consultation.
2) Re-submit your question as a second transaction with a second payment. Mention in the form that you are re-submitting, and tell me why my original suggestion does not work for you. The more information I have from you, the better chance I have of hitting the mark.
Please note that while I provide follow-up service by email, I reserve the right to determine whether the adjustments requested by a client are significant enough to be considered a second consultation. In such a case, changes will be made and a second consultation offered only upon receipt of a second payment.
